Taylor the receptionist was so pleasant. I haven't received customer service like that in Albany in a long time. Most of the people in the town works in customer service doesn't seem to like what they do, and this has become very concerning to me.

The staff were very courteous, professional and friendly. The room was clean, and the location was convenient for our stay.

The staff were great! They were friendly and very welcoming! The location is close to a lot of places and shopping centers as well. The hotel is clean as well.

We were here for my daughter's baby shower. We loved the room and breakfast. Hot Grits, Eggs, Sausage, Muffins, Yogurt, Waffle, Juice, Coffee. My family and I loved the breakfast. The beds were comfy. We will stay again.

The breakfast was alright. Nothing special. Just a standard continental breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly!
